Amnesty report on migrant workers in South Korea

Amnesty International has released a report on migrant workers in South Korea which, as is easy to guess since this is a human rights organization, is not pretty reading.

Republic of Korea (South Korea):‘Migrant workers are also human beings’
• Press release: South Korea: Migrant workers exploited and abused

Just my impression from this summer: I saw a lot of Indians (maybe from Bangladesh) walking along the Haeundae beach in Busan beach among the crowd of thousands spending their spare time in the public. 10 years ago they were living a hidden life. I saw a lot of advertising for getting married with other Asian women. In the news there was reported a case were a Korean man pushed his (Nonkorean) wife and his baby from the balcony.History reports are emphazising international relations with Korea like the Indian princess joining the royal family of Kaya. The whole immigration issue is becoming more complex now.
